Access your consciousness: Manifest your happiness with Access Bars
Manifesting a Life of Ease and Presence with Access Consciousness Bars
How would it feel to manifest a life where everything flows with ease? How would it be to start creating a more fulfilling and conscious life, fully focused on the present?
Many people’s minds are often caught in the past (leading to depression or frustration) or in the future (causing anxiety). On top of that, societal, cultural, and familial pressures can overwhelm and drain us. This is where Access Consciousness Bars become a transformative and liberating tool, helping us to live in the present and embrace a life full of possibilities.
The Access Bars were created over 30 years ago by Gary Douglas and are now practiced in over 80 countries. Ana Alejandra Ayala, a therapist with a master’s degree from the University of Barcelona and five years of experience in Access Bars and Channeling, explains how these tools can help overcome depression, anxiety, and external pressures, leading to a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
What Are Access Bars?
The Access Bars process is simple and deeply relaxing. “The patient lies on a massage table while we apply gentle pressure to 32 specific points on their head, each connected to a different aspect of life—health, money, time, space, aging, sexuality, and more. During the session, an energetic therapy takes place. Once completed, we have a feedback session to discuss the sensations and emotions experienced, and we provide practical tools for everyday life,” explains Ana Alejandra.
“Energy is like water—it either flows or gets blocked. The more we release and allow energy to flow freely, the easier and smoother every aspect of our life becomes,” she highlights.
Unlocking Hidden Blocks and Patterns
According to Ana Alejandra, Access Bars help identify underlying issues that need attention, even when a person is not consciously aware of them. For example, someone seeking help for relationship struggles may discover through energy work that the real root cause lies in deep-seated patterns or past expectations.
Additionally, Access Bars help people uncover answers they already have within themselves but struggle to see due to limiting thoughts. “The mind’s constant thinking creates limits, whereas the Bars act as a mental detoxifier,” she emphasizes.
Ultimately, these tools empower individuals to recognize and shift patterns, broaden their perspectives, and tap into their true power to create positive change in their lives. In the language of Access:
“What else is possible?”
